- What is the main idea - the message?
I think the message of the text is that even when we think that we don´t care, there is still a human part of us inside saying, `` This is wrong``.
You can clearly see in the text how Miro change, from that it was just a mission to kill some people to really see that it´s not just ``some people``, it´s real people , with familys and dreams. Miro thought in the begining that he was going to kill the man who were suposed to drive the bus, but instead it´s a youg women driving the bus. Artkin made clear to Miro that he have to kill her becouse she have seen to much and here Miro get chocked he was prepearing to kill a man, who could hit back, who would have a chance. Not a women who can´t even do anything if he tried to shoot her. You can see from the begining that Miro is the only one in his gang who really feel sorry for the people they where going to kill. He thought things like `` did he know that tomorrow at this time he would be mute, cilent, still forever?``, the other ones where just planning the takeover of the bus. I think Miro where gentler like person than Artkin , he seemed so unemotional and mean. Artkin wanted to give back to the people who he said had stolen his country, he didn`t really care about even killing children. So back to the question, what i think the message of the text was, like i said i think it`s much about that evrybody have feelings, even the worst thief. I also think the author wants us to stay up for a moment and think a little about what we are doing and how it can affect others. For example if it end up with that Miro shoots Kate, it would not just affect her, it would affect her family, all the children and their parents, no one will feel safe to take the bus in the area. Miro would probobly lose all his feelings and be just as unemotional as Artkin. Miro felt really sorry for the child who died of the sleeping drug, while Artkin didnt even care, he just wanted his revange.
